Yesterdays I saw the movie Babel, a part of which was set in Morocco. The tag line is:
If You Want to be Understood…Listen
I wonder if this movie is showing in Lebanon. And if they do see it, will they think: Oh we don’t understand the Moroccan accent, this goes to show that we are not really Arabs… Or will they wonder if maybe they should listen to the guys across the street?

nice movie.
as for the Moroccan accent, i did understand most of it, but it was more difficult to understand when they are speaking fast.
Listening is the Key as you sad. And also hope that the Lebanese people start listening to each other more clearly.
but for sure we are Arabs. no question about that.
