Almost 3 years after the invasion, Israel has finally submitted the plans that show where the 4 million cluster bombs that they dropped on South Lebanon had fallen. One million had not exploded and 300 people have been maimed or killed since then, mostly children.
The BBC has reported that most of these bombs were dropped in the last 72 hours of the conflict. I can think of several really good adjectives for such an act, but I leave it to you to decide. More about the story here.
